OT Hockey League

The Greater Canandaigua Civic Center is planning a 4-week Spring League named 'OT Hockey League'. The League is currently in the planning stage. More details will be coming later this week with registration to follow.

The current plan is to run this league Monday through Thursday evenings between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

The format is still being determined, but the overall format will model NHL OT hockey with 3v3. The younger age bracket will be either 3v3 or 4v4 depending upon participation and games will be on half sheet of ice using pond hockey rules and nets. The older age bracket will be similar to our Holiday 3v3 Challenge on full sheet with goalies.

The OT Hockey League will begin on Monday, February 29th and end on the last day we are scheduled to have ice, which is March 24th.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by responding to this message or by phone.

Thank you....

CKH RWB-White Team Wins Auburn Tournament

The CKH RWB-White team won their division in the Auburn Winterfest Tournament this past weekend.  They had a record of 5-0 after winning against Binghamton, Auburn, Camillus, Skaneateles and then played the Perinton Blades in the Championship game for the trophy.  Great job to all the kids who played so well together and the 4 goalies who shared space between the pipes.
